Kensington Park Walking Club

May 5th, 2009

The United States Surgeon General Recommends that individuals get at least 30 minutes of physical activity every day. How will you get yours?

The Northwest Suburban United Way is pleased to announce the formation of the Kensington Park Walking Club!

Walkers will meet three days each week for a lunch-time walk through the business park. Participation is free and frequent walkers will be eligible to win prizes.

Walking will culminate with the inaugural Mount Prospect Corporate Challenge Run/Walk, August 6th. This 5K event will benefit the Northwest Suburban United Way.
